A few new purchases. Looking for opinions and guess the grade.
The grades are!
MS62
MS62 OGH
MS64+ CAC green bean
I am still learning how to shoot coins. My photos show every mark in great detail. The coins in hand look better than the photos. I am sure with different lighting or lighting angles a lot of those marks would not show. Thanks for the opinions and grade guesses!

All three look nice. I like the look of the Eagle the best.

Very attractive lustrous pieces.

If those are the actual grades, I could see them all downgrading 1 pt. I'd grade them 61, 58/61, 63+/ave 64. Most generic gold has been heavily resubmitted.

I agree. I do not see the last as a 64 unless the photo is to blame. Here is a 64+ for reference:

It just occured to me what an epic design that would have been as a one year no stars design in 1907.
1892 - 14130
1896-S - 14132
1911 - 35625
I am curious if it is my photos that give roadrunner and boosibri reasons to doubt the grades of these coins. I shoot all my coins myself. Even the ones I plan to sell. If the photos are a turnoff that is not good for me! I just started to photo gold any tips from the pros?
LOT DESCRIPTION
1892 Liberty Half Eagle. MS-64+ (PCGS). CAC.
An exquisite piece that exhibits vivid pink and pale rose highlights to otherwise orange-gold surfaces. Sharply struck with billowy satin luster, this is an uncommonly well preserved and exceptionally attractive coin in an 1892 half eagle.
PCGS# 8379. NGC ID: 25Y6.

The photo on the left is Stacks-Bowers...the one on the right is yours...

Ironman -- actually I think YOUR photos are better than those in the Stacks-Bowers catalog...perhaps one of the things that is throwing people off is the size of your photos is larger...which shows every imperfection...also a couple of those scratches might be on the holder not the coin...
Good point that many folks who try to post images don't seem to appreciate: do not make your pictures too large. Sharpness and clarity are important, but NOT oversized unless you are trying to emphasize a die marker. IMO, a picture between 250x250px to 500x500px (per side) is usually appropriate, depending on the coin. Any bigger and it's like looking at Kate Upton through a microscope -- what's the point, right?
In any case, grades emphasize luster over marks, so no need to accentuate the marks because that mis-leads on the grade.
