Forget grades, are the prettiest coins generally found in PCGS slabs?

Now that the services have been grading and holdering coins for about 30 years or so, with millions encapsulated, is it safe to assume the prettiest ones are generally found in PCGS slabs?
I can't imagine too many are still raw and certainly the finest have migrated from others slabs into PCGS, yet perhaps even though I am expressing this question allowing for exceptions, my theory is not the case.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
I don't think your assumption is correct.

Because NGC has the star for eye appeal, I think there are more pretty coins in their holders than there otherwise would be. A (slight) majority of my toned coins are in NGC holders. A huge majority of the rest of my collection is with PCGS.

Any help locating any of these OBW rolls would be gratefully appreciated!
Experience the World through Numismatics...it's more than you can imagine.
Most of my pretty PCGS coins were not bought but rather made. Usually the grade difference of one point is worth more than eye appeal so most will stay in their non PCGS plastic.
Conversely really pretty coins in PCGS plastic bring a lot of money because most are the real deal. Pretty and legit and conservatively graded.
Of course nothing is 100% but from my line of sight I think most pretty coins are not in PCGS plastic. But at the high end, THE prettiest high end coins are predominately in PCGS plastic.
My 10 cents
P.S. One of them used to be a judge for ANA exhibits. He told me he always deducted points for slabbed material, because he felt the slabs distracted from the look of the coin/display.
See http://www.doubledimes.com for a free online reference for US twenty-cent pieces
The arbitrage price difference between those 2 grades often determines who's holder they eventually end up in. It's all about the money. One size doesn't fit all. The PCGS registry set makes a big difference as well. Many will prefer to have a PCGS 66 CAC coin than say an NGC MS67 that doesn't sticker. They will downgrade that coin to enter it into their set.
A lot of the prettiest coins aren't slabbed at all.......
I suspect this is true.
Well, just Love coins, period.
I doubt it. Lately, I saw many beautifully toned coins did not cross to PCGS due to questionable colors. Many of them are CACed.
Maybe in that case it means that "Color Aint Considered."
A number of my large cents are in little white ANACS slabs, and I have no intent on crossing them anytime soon.
Ironically, I was talking with a dealer acquaintance about my 1804 last Sunday....he said for fee, he would crack it, give it to someone who could 'improve' it, and then cross it to PCGS....I politely declined the offer.
in slabs....
