If you think they will flop, why would you buy one to flip?

So, you share yourself so much on the site (all of 65 posts in 5 years), and help others and share knowledge that you come here just for information to take away to help you on the flip....and then call those you are asking the great nickname of "peanut gallery"????
Mmmmmmkay. Got it.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

HAPPY COLLECTING
That...after a while prices will drop IMO.

Not so much into Dimes, as I am into SLQ's.
I'll wait for the Standing Liberty Quarter !!

Coin collecting is not a hobby, it's an obsession !

I agree even though I'm not a SLQ guy. A 22mm gold piece with that design is very appealing.
I'm betting (but not buying) that a numismatically ignorant public will buy these trinkets like Franklin Mint junk and think they have a prize.

This cycle repeats nearly 100% of the time!
I think if you buy US Mint products, you'd better like what you're buying or hope for an uptick in the metals market, because they dont seem to be appreciating much numismatically.

Gold will eventually rise making these an even better value at the purchase price.
I don't think anyone will be sorry that they bought these.
Sometimes, it’s better to be LUCKY than good. 🍀 🍺👍

+1
Once they have been flipped they will flop.
Oh that's what they said about Bugs Bunny Frankies.
@boogerman Some would regard the talking heads on CNBC as experts. Not s single one on Fast Money even beat the S&P last year. These guys do it for a living. I would put them down as the peanut gallery as well because anything they say is just a guess too. I Like to hear some of the comments from the less boogery people on the forum who enjoy pleasant discussions. No one said you had to comment or reply and from your response it reminds me of the story I read on this forum with the guy who brought his son to the coin show and met someone just like you regardIng a medal. Go lick your coins or something. I don't need you or your boogery comments.
Your childish namecalling aside, you are just upset because you were called out.
You just want to come on, pick brains/thoughts, and profit from that....all the while adding nothing to any conversation.
There are always people like you when it comes time for a potential flip. Most have the respectfulness of not coming out of the gate to insult people in the same breath.
Nice thing about the forum here....I can comment
As for you reading one who post recently...good for you!
Now, as for the aspersions you are casting about me, and your insults as well......go for it. Keep it up and it will show to all and it will be unlikely you will last long on the boards (of course, if your posts are like this one you did, I can see why you haven't posted much, as it would have gotten you banned pretty quickly, most likely)

I'm getting one 1) because it's a beautiful, classic design with all the nostalgia and history I like, 2) it's gold, which means it'll always be worth melt, and 3) who knows? It may even evolve some numismatic value on its own merits somewhere down the road.
Flipping, as opposed to "collecting," is a gambler's game. I decidedly lack the temperament to do gambling well. The only wisdom I have to impart for you is that you shouldn't stand next to me at the gambling table.
Here's a warning parable for coin collectors...
Anyone collect these?
The mint is planning to offer some humility as soon as they figure out how to price it.
I'm sure some in the house and senate are feverishly working on a bill for that, as we chat.

Everyone I talk to seems to love them but for the price of admission.
Why should the flippers make more than the minters?
People expect the mint to sell them at cost plus nothing so they can flip them for cost plus a bunch.
