Nice! I like most of them, the only one that I was not a big fan of was the Long Island. The large spot in the center was a distraction to me. I do like the subtle toning on a lot of them. Being a classic commen set collector I appreciate the effort it takes to put together a good set...

    Thanks for posting!

I have four classic commemoratives in my 7070 Type Set, but seeing your set may encourage "expansion".

    Great coins!

I think I like the Isabella you're selling on BST better. Love the Roanoke. And the Lincoln.

Suggestions: Get all the coins photographed, and make them consistent in size, cropping, background color, etc. Remove the Cincinnati image that doesn't belong to the coin (even if you own both; the image should be of the one listed).

Congrats on putting a nice set together!

Very nice set. My favorites would be, Texas, Gettysburg, Calif., Oregon. For me, these 4 have the best overall designs and appearance.

I've started a set of these, while prices are 'down' (prices have been 'down' since I got into the hobby, so are they 'down', or is it a 'dead' series???). I'm in agreement with ElKevvo, in regard to the Long Island. Tab toning is a strange bird. I really like your CA...and while I prefer blast white, that Roanoke is really nice!!
    I'll come up with something.

It's nicer than my old commemorative set for sure. The Pan-Pac half dollar is really nice.

Great set and congrats on your completion.

I've been putting together a commem type set now for about 15 years and am still 5 short of completion. Your taste is very similar to mine. I really like your Roanoke.

The Long Island has classic tab toning which is very much in demand. Tab toning screams originality as it can only be found on coins that remained in the original packaging for decades. Although a matter of taste, that Long Island would be welcome in my collection all day long.

Wow! I have seen several complete collections, but they were blast white, while still yet great, not my idea of the look that old a coin should have. I kinda messed up posting there, so I will iterate it here and hopefully won't screw it up. My favorites are the 9281 California, the 9288 Cleveland, the 9301 Columbian, the 9357 Pan Pac, and the 9371 San Diego.

Love the color. Many more would be favorites, but might as well list them all. I know this has been quite the undertaking and you deserve a Numismatic Accolade for your accomplishment.

    Congrats,

Beautiful collection. My favorites are the Lincoln, Oregon and Roanoke. I've only got a half dozen early commems, including 4 in my 7070.

The reverse of the San Diego caught my eye. Love how the toning is circling the coin just like the design does.

It's my comment on 1/20/2016. And I stand by it!!! It's your Isabella, Columbian, and Roanoke that are the cream of a very nice crop. But, no need to put my name in the hat. I am already working on a commemorative set and would like to see your coin go to someone new who might feel inspired to start one!

Edit: Oh wait, I see you upgraded your Isabella. So let me switch to your Vancouver. That is a really pretty coin!

Love this set. There are a couple I'm not fond of the toning, but overall a very nicely put together set.

I especially love the Texas! Very clean coin with great luster.
