2 new purchases....
I've been taking it very slow these days for a few reasons. A while back I decided to get my feet wet again and purchase a couple of new pieces. Not wanting to get far away from my zone I stayed conservative with my purchases as they are not buffalo nickel's.
I ran across a nice 57 flyer and a kinda nice Indian head cent, proof, brown. Here they are now. Any comments are always welcome and thank you for looking.
Happy hunting, Joe

The bitterness of "Poor Quality" is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

The 1908 is difficult to grade from the pictures, but it looks spectacular. I have no idea if the little oxidation mark on the reverse will hamper a high grade.

Pretty pennies. I really like the 1908.
Thanks! I was shooting from the cheap seats . The 08 has been graded PR-64 brown by NGC. The flyer is raw and I think it's uncirculated as I see no rub.
Thanks again.
(I had a similar raw one that the hosts graded 62).
I like both, and think the flyer would be at least a 58, with a shot at a lower MS grade

May have spent some time in commerce, as the fields are a little dull with some light scratches & lines, but the devices appear to have no wear. I could see it in a 62 slab but wouldn't be surprised at 58.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
I love colorful IHCs. Very nice 1908 you have there.

The IHC as 64 BN seems good value even with the spot. I'd have called no less than 64 RB. Has many qualities of a 65.
