  ebay will NOT break their set policies to take care of you, no matter how high up the chain you can get. Paypal will take care of you by overriding their own set policies.

  Ebay deleted the listings as they finally figured out he was a fraudster. Logical thinking lacks at eBay while it is what paypal is all about.

  Well it makes sense since ebay considers itself like a newspaper printing a classified ad. And PayPal is more like a credit card company putting money out there
