ebay will NOT break their set policies to take care of you, no matter how high up the chain you can get. Paypal will take care of you by overriding their own set policies.

Ebay deleted the listings as they finally figured out he was a fraudster. Logical thinking lacks at eBay while it is what paypal is all about.
