The trio of the 1858-S, 1859-S and 1860-S are three very under appreciated and in fact downright rare coins. About 60 exist for each of the issues with the 58-S being particularly tough above EF.
I finally added this 1858-S to my collection after years of searching for n example. It may be the finest known. It joins my 59-S and 60-S to form a rarer and under valued trio.

Congratulations, Boosibri, for adding important dates to your collection. As I have recently spending much time reflecting upon the Gardner Collection, the first thought that came to mind, when I saw the title of this thread, is that these three dates are rarities in the series of Liberty Seated quarters that are not talked about very often.
1858-S Seated Quarters Are Extreme Condition Rarities in Grades Above Very Fine!
1858-S, 1859-S and 1860-S quarters are an important trio. I thank Boosibri for drawing my attention to half eagles of the same dates. I will investigate these.
A fun topic is how often a date that is a rarity in one series is a rarity in other series. This is very true in some cases and very untrue in others. The 1894-S quarter is not rare while the 1894-S dime is a Great Rarity. All denominations of 1870-CC coins tend to be rare. While 1854-S quarter eagles and half eagles are major rarities, finding an 1854-S double eagle is not difficult.
Some 1870-S coins are prohibitively rare and others are not that elusive. No one would spend a six figure sum or even a five figure amount for a circulated 1870-S quarter eagle. An 1870-S half dollar might be found for less than $100! An 1870-S silver dollar is rarer than an 1804 dollar! I have never seen an 1870-S quarter.

Considerable research has already been done regarding events at the SF Mint in 1870, including work by Nancy Oliver & Richard Kelly. Perhaps a study of coinage at the SF Mint from 1858 to 1861 would be an interesting project.
