I'll go with F15 although the reverse looks better than that. I would also like to know how to create a poll. Can someone share that?

That was also my 1st thought . . . Coin that did what it was made for.

    Is it an overdate?

Need the following OBW rolls to complete my 46-64 Roosevelt roll set:
    1947-P & D; 1948-D; 1949-P & S; 1950-D & S; and 1952-S.
Any help locating any of these OBW rolls would be gratefully appreciated!

I'll go a bit higher and say it makes VF20 at PCGS, and F15 at NGC.

There is a help button on top. If you look at Section H it shows how to create a poll:

    H. Polls
If the Administrator has enabled this feature, users can create a poll as they create a new thread.
To create a poll, check the box titled, "Create a poll for this thread". After you have posted your thread, the poll form will appear. Enter the question on what you want users to vote, and a description of the poll. Then, the poll Answer form will appear. Enter your possible answers. When you have finished constructing your poll, click the Finish button.

Thanks! I didn't see a "create poll" button before. I'll try to follow the steps above next time.

I would say it's a lot closer to VF20 than it is F15.

I call it 15 so that means it will get into a 20 holder image

I find it helpful in grading large sized quarters, and mid-grade pre-1836 coins in general, to disregard the adjectives and just work with the numbers, as many coins have a certain detail grade, which is then modified by any contemporary [seeming] marks and damage, and then the quality of the surfaces and originality versus how much the appearance has been "helped" by numismatists over the 150+ years these coins have been collected.

So my opinion on this coin is that it has every bit of VF (there, I'll use the adjective) strike and wear details, with the full clasp and drapery, the eye and hair over the brow detail, the eagle's feathers and shield, even a trace of luster in the deepest recesses. the rims and reeded edges look good in the pictures, overall, nice mid grade coin, I only said 19 partly on protest to the "15 or 20" dilemma, some coins are IMO in between, this one I'm concerned with the area between the eagle's neck and wing, which looks a little too rough, and the area between the rt. wing, talons, and arrows, which looks a little too smooth. I'd want to take a glass to those areas and a few light hairlines before I put this into a 20 holder, were I a grader. Also, upon closer looks maybe is mid die state, with evidence of clash

20 to be safe, 25 for eye appeal.
