I'm not thrilled with it. I thought there were stronger eagles for the reverse and this one reminds me of the platinum bullion pieces. The obverse appears a bit too busy to make it stand out as intended and it falls together somewhat oddly, in my opinion.

We are like children who look at print and see a serpent in the last letter but one, and a sword in the last.

Why didn't they just reissue the old one with a new date and out of a white metal. Nuts and that sucks and I am not a buyer at any price.

Miss Liberty looks like she's exploring a cave, not lighting the way for the world.

The eagle looks like Jonathan Livingston Seagull.

    Cringe-worthy.

    I'll pass.

The mint is getting to be just like the Post Office Department which marketed more stamps than collectors wanted with mediocre to poor designs. Ultimately they ruined stamp collecting. Let's hope the mint will not do the same.

I think that buying the U.S. Marshal's set makes more sense than buying this thing.

I like it! Much worse than many of the other designs and overall not very attractive, so it'll be easy to not buy one. That saves me money!

Too bad she is closer to Angelina Jolie in proportions rather than say, Marilyn Monroe - who truly did represent the Land of Plenty

They toyed around with having an African-American Liberty but opted for a white waif. They could have done better by having Lolo Jones model with a flag. This would have been a lot better. Now about that sea gull on the reverse.....

    That obverse is ghastly.

The reverse had potential, but the total lack of detail regarding the sun is disappointing. The olive branch looks half completed also.

I kind of like the obverse, but her pose is sort of saying, "Can you hold this torch for a minute?" My preferred one was coming at you with sword in one hand, flag in another, but I suppose that was kiboshed because of the "superhero that's considering kicking your backside" look.

Reverse is weak. The eagle doesn't have much of a body, just a head and leading edges of the wings.

More money for other stuff, I guess.

    Now I think I'll buy 10.

Since nobody else will buy any I'll sell mine for $1 million each.

Now I just need to find 10 dumb millionaires.
