Nope-the front leg, exactly like the '37-D, just to a lesser degree. It's also a legitimate die abrasion error, too-one of six total 3 1/2 legged coins to be found in this series.
Too bad about the rim hits on the OP's coin, but I assume these 36D 3.5 legs are like hen's teeth and that doesn't knock it too much.
