Liberty Half Eagle

I linked this ebay coin not so much for the coin itself, though I do like it, but rather for the item description which has some tidbits of information that I was not aware of.

<< <i>I'm so glad I own some "ultra-scarce" no motto half eagles!
hehe , what I didn't know was that the half eagle is the only coin struck at all 7 mints. That surprised me a bit.
We'll use our hands and hearts and if we must we'll use our heads.
They are/were minted at the following:
Dahlonega
Charlotte
Carson City
San Francisco
Denver
Philadelphia
New Orleans
West Point.
that is eight.

Actually, among us "gold guys", that's a well-known piece of trivia.

<< <i>The $5 Liberty Half Eagle is a key coin in RCA's 14 Piece U.S. Gold Set. >>
Contray to this comment, the $5 Liberty with the motto is the most common of all the coins in the 12 piece gold type set. The 12 piece set includes the following:
Type 1 Gold dollar (1849 to 1854)
Type 2 Gold dollar (1854 to 1856)
Type 3 Gold dollar (1856 to 1889)
Liberty $2.50 (1840 to 1907)
Indian $2.50 (1908 to 1929)
Three Dollar Gold Piece (1854 to 1889)
Liberty $5.00 (1838 to 1907)
Indian $5.00 (1908 to 1929)
Liberty $10.00 (1838 to 1907)
Indian $10.00 (1907 to 1933
Liberty $20.00 (1850 to 1907) There are three minor types within this group
St. Gaudens $20.00 (1907 to 1933)
The No Motto $5 Liberty is only scarce in strict Mint State condition. Circulated examples are fairly common.
I'm not sure what is in the "RCA 14 piece type set."
