  They are really tough on that date and mintmark so I would say 63.

  Mine is last year. I don't invest alot in these services. But the PCGS price guide is at $420.That's a pretty wide divergence.

  My guess (I know I'm too late) was 65 and I was going to make clear I felt it would not get the PL designation. This despite the frost - the fields just don't reflect. I was going to say I couldn't really tell how bad/minor the marks were along Liberty's nose line with my guess that they were relatively minor.
