Question please if anyone can help.
Is there a 1915-S 5c Buffalo 2 feathers, no F?
Or 1915-S 5c Buffalo 2 feathers, with F?
Whenever I search I end up buried in 1916 links and information.
Thanks !!!

Neither variety is listed in either the 6th edition of Cherrypicker's Guide or in my early edition of Koynekwest's Abraded Die Varieties. If you've found one I'm sure I'm not the only one who'd like to see a picture.
Thank you for checking those resources for me. I've gotta get a cherry pickers guide.
It'll be here Tuesday, but until then I'm not sure if it's 1915 or 1916. I don't know my buffalos well and this picture is exceedingly difficult on a small screen.
Certainly not a two-feather.
I do not see the desire initial. Not sure if it is a known variety.
If anything, it would appear you have discovered an until now unknown 3 1/2 leg variety ( kinda lol)
The image suggests a brightness that is not consistent with the amount of wear. I am not having a warm – fussy overall for this piece.

Looks like a 6 but not positive....no help I guess.
Looks like a 6 to me, too. There is a 16-S No F, not listed in CPG, but it exists. Agree its not a 2-feathers.
.
There IS a 1916-S two feather but your coin isn't one of them. The real deal is one of the tougher 2 feather varieties.
It is a 16S... but as above, does not appear to be a two feather... Cheers, RickO
