Newp Along With A Couple Of Calendar Girls

AuroraBorealisAuroraBorealis Posts: 3,591 ✭✭✭✭✭

This one rolled in recently and I ended up having a second chance at getting it... As soon as I saw the colors brought to mind these little fish I used to have when I was a kid so I called it "Neon Tetra"... It also made the PCGS Calendar in 2017 and now I have two Morgans thanks to Legend that have made the PCGS Calendar.... "Neon Tetra" and "The Moose".... :) AB!

Did you get the + on that one or did the original buyer from the Legend auction?

That is the nicest toned coin I have ever had the privilege of examining. Congrats!

AB's knack for landing outlandish toners is second to none.

    What EagleEye said...just, Wow!

Some refer to overgraded slabs as Coffins. I like to think of them as Happy Coins.

There's a typo on the Jun 2017 Calendar description...the plus is missing form the grade on the 1882-S $1, lower left corner of the page. What a pair of beauties!
