Was taking some pics of this toner and then I noticed the eye. What a weird one. This is a GSA soft pack, so a little harder to shoot through but you should get the point. Any fun names for this one?

    I don't have any clever names other than those already given...but, whats that going on under the eagles right wing? This has to be a VAM of some sort. What year is this dollar? It's very attractive by the way.
