"We're going to need more staples."

This is a lot in a small auction I may go to tomorrow.
I count 23 staples.
Sometimes I just wonder.

I don't even understand the point of that why not just put them in a sleeve? geez
The owner wants to prevent them from going up someone's sleeve....
I would hate to see how that auction lumps there slabs together
HAPPY COLLECTING
A couple of those have to have rim damage.....I'd think.

Coins and staples should never be allowed within 10 feet of each other. I just received an auction lot with a bunch of flips stapled to cardboard for shipping. It was like playing that game "Operation" trying to get everything out without any scratches to the coins. Happy to report that I was successful.
I must admit.. I never seen anything like that.
Now THAT is OCD.
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
there are easier ways of keeping the dates consecutive
Sssssssssh. Don't you want to attend an auction run by people who are clueless?
Curiosity wants to know, Who has flips in the USA?
in Canada both TPG's have flips. (ICCS + CCCS)
That’s kinda scary.

That is a darn shame to waste staples like that. They could have stacked the flips and used fewer staples.

Our the other side our the staples flattned down?
The top one came close to the plastic and coiin.
Maybe they were trying to replicate car grilles of the era.
I see the front end of a '55 Buick when I squint a little.

I only see 21 (because at least what is shown it appears that two of the coins have basic closure staples on only three sides).
Naw... if that were the case, the top center staple wouldn't be bent up like that, and all the staples would be parallel or perpendicular to one another.
I'm betting they our'nt.
