Don't particularly favor any mine or miner but I will echo that part about Nevada. Here in Nevada we do not have a State Income tax because of this industry. Gaming is big but mining pays the everyday bills. Love those miners!!

Short term sell them... long term? PM's languishing for 2 years waiting that big breakout... miners are long term scary unless bottom fishing.

A few years back I took a subscription to one of Doug Casey's newsletters and they do seem to have some good research. He has about 5 or 6 newletters. I'm tempted to get one of them again before too long. I thing a good mining stock position will be fun when the metals take a run.

I did make money on the one position I took on their recommendation.

Only holding WPM for now. Which is a streamer with a dividend based on a percentage cash flow. So I'm interested in miners but not currently participating. Cambridge House Gold and Silver Summit 2017 had some interesting ideas, lots of interesting vids on youtube.

One of the few individual stocks that I own is Rio Tinto. Their PM business is just a by-product of their copper production. But so large is their copper production that their gold and silver "byproduct" production makes them one of the largest PM producers in the world, with over 250,000 ounces of gold and 4.2 million ounces of silver produced in 2017 alone.
