1994 p quater error?

Hey I have a 1994 p quater. Is this an error or what's going on here. And if so. Does this coin hold any sort of value. And if so again. How much could it possible be worth?

What do you see as an error on it?
Come on @FredWeinberg , can't you see that this is the rare quater rather than the more common quarter?
Why is there a correlation between bad spelling/grammar and these kinds of posts?
Aside from it being shown at an angle,
I don't see anything to comment on -
OP - it's a good thing to tell us what you
see as an error on any coin you post, so
that we can focus on that area.
I don't see any error ... Maybe what your looking at is on the reverse ?
It never ends.....
Looks like a common quarter to me. Like the above comments, what do you think is wrong with it?

Let's guess:
Blurry "In God We Trust"? That's due to die deterioration.
Scratches and dings across the portrait? What we call "post mint damage" (PMD) due to some sort of contact with a hard surface such as cement or asphalt. or possibly even other coins.
The mess in front of George Washington's face? Either more scratches, or he sneezed and didn't have a handkerchief.
Nothing there to call an error
Obviously - this was made at the secret Qatar Mint and that's why this is a "Quater dollar."
It also resembles error coins posted by another couple of neophytes. Maybe they all travel the same parking lots?
This is typical of a Facebook post, the OP asks a vague question then disappears.
All the effort to sign up here, log in, take a picture and post it here just to disappear...I just don't get it.

Lets see how many posts this newbieperson takes to figure it out.
Like the numerous person you tell here post questionable or minute errors they cannot comprehend what you tell them despite telling the multiple times.
Wonder how these people found this website
At leasr this person did not call it **Triplled Double Die ** or other such nonsense.
I see double dies

Rotated obverse.
@Regler89... Welcome aboard.... That appears to be a common quarter with some post mint damage. No added value. Cheers, RickO
