surfaces, I'm not sure those are die scratches
at 6:30 on the reverse.
As far as the Eagle's tail feathers, it's just a
weak strike, imo. It does not appear to be
a filled die or struck thru area.
That area is directly opposite Kennedy's
head, one of the deeper areas of the die.

Thanks I figured nothing major it’s just very weird the discoloration by the feathers
