Every auction has a "report item" link, where you can report the item to eBay as being a replica. Do it enough times, it'll grab their attention, even if he is a "top rated seller." Realize, however, that you'll playing whack-a-mole with this guy.

All the listings I see already indicate that they are replica coins. He is in no way attempting to mis-represent what he is selling.
Now, you can still object to the whole idea of replicas, but...he's in Spain, listing on eBay Canada...

if these or the originals are legal tender, then there must be a US law dealing with the distribution of the fakes!???
If that is the case, I am prepared to lay charges in Europe with the local police. It is easy and On-line. and they do take it serious.

Yes, you can report to Feebay... but they do not care any which way. It is designed that you eventually give up reporting and all in favor of profit. Now, if only 20 % of the members here would report it the same day / week, it might work.... until the seller opens another account.

YQQ. It's really quite simple. All counterfeit and "replica" coins are illegal unless they conform to the Hobby Protection Act and are stamped with the word "COPY."
Nothing else matters. Age, legal tender status etc. don't matter.
If it was important to the ANA, maybe they would act on behalf and benefit of collectors. But they don't
The seller mentioned in the initial post appears to be in Spain. He's OK until he ships something to the USA.

what about before? did it replace an existing law about forgeries?
