Unfortunately I'm missing 7 of the cards from the first 3 weeks (including the low print run cards). I picked up the Judge and Ohtani for a good deal as soon as I could, but I missed the release and was late to the party. I have been buying the rest of them every week. I'll fill in the missing cards if I see a good deal.
My understanding is the Mantle estate has a deal in place w/ Panini. Therefore, no Mantle card unless/until Topps gets those rights back. With Rose being banned from MLB, I doubt we see one of those either.

I would like to see Ruth or Trout as #100.
Judge was #1 and Syndergard #50?? Seems like they are not putting much thought into who the number is. My first guess would be a vintage guy like Jackie, but the first two significant #'s are modern, and there are not many vintage players in this series to date.
Collecting PSA 9's from 1970-1977. Raw 9's from 72-77. Raw 10's from '78-'83. Collecting Unopened from '72-'83; mostly BBCE certified boxes/cases/racks. Prefer to buy in bulk.
Jackie Robinson was #42, so they’re lining some guys up with meaningful numbers... I’d expect 100 to be a big name and I agree that a vintage name would be nice. Maybe Nolan Ryan (though not very vintage)?
A little over 4 hours until card #100 drops. I'm hoping for someone that played in the 80's. I have a stack of monster boxes full of overprinted cards. It would be nice to have a nice low print run card of one of the players I liked as a kid!
Any guesses on the volume we might see with this one? Previous vintage players were around 11k (Aaron, Williams and Clemente). The overall record so far is Ronald Acuna with over 46k. I'll throw in for 1!
I tried jumping in on these, but my with my busy schedule I couldn't keep up with placing an order every week so I gave up in December. I'm disappointed because I really like them. I wish Topps offered a subscription service where they would just charge me automatically and ship each week.

If you check eBay, most of these cards can be picked up for in the 5 buck range with many offering free ship.
I find it hard to remember to order also. I too wish they offered me a subscription - or just an email warning to order the next set of 3.
I like following this thread and seeing the updated groups. Very cool artwork. I'll check some out at the National this year.

Do you not get one? I get a notice when the new cards come out and another when the offering period is about to end. Maybe you need to check your mail preferences with Topps.

Have had a problem getting email from them Alex - talked to customer relations and they couldn't figure out why.
If there's a mail preference - will have to check - turns out my wife gets an email which she has now dropped.
Thanx.
edit: did check account info and the email address is correct - have no idea why I don't get emails from Topps?
I get emails from them every time new block of 3 is available and another email when that block ends ... and Ive never bought a single one from the series
I cant believe they didn't offer a subscription ... I was looking for it at the beginning, and almost bought the first Judge set ... but knew that I would eventually miss a buy and that my OCD would lead me to bug out
they lost a lot of money over not having a subscription service ... cant believe they didn't do it and didn't fire whoever s job it is to think of that stuff
It looks like Topps has a new website today. It seems OK so far, but I noticed my full order history isn't loaded up there. I use that as a quick check to make sure I don't forget to order for the week since they don't have any type of subscription.
I got free shipping on my order on the 18th so if they changed it that wasn't part of the new website. I haven't picked up this weeks Living Set yet so we'll see what happens.

Hiya Kris
Correct.
My last order - including cards 133-135 was free - it's the latest with a really nice job done on Rivera IMO.
edit: talked to Topps - website has been fixed. If anyone purchased and was charged S&H? They can get a credit/refund.
edit: placed order - selected "free" shipping and still got billed on my PayPal. This sure has gotten complicated.
Had to talk to another rep - took store credit for the S&H for my next week.
Also, just wanted to say that I think they did a nice job on Mariano this week.

And here's the next 3 sets:
]
I added a bit more definition and size - will redo others down the road.
Since they're in a set of 3 per week - I'm going to refer to Topps "Living" as a series rather than set.
.
Kershaw and Yelich in newest trio opened up today...
.
Here's someone selling #1-90
Be interesting to see what it goes for? Still 5 days to go.
I'm assuming the BIN is still up since the reserve hasn't been met yet?
I'll be interested to see what this goes for.

Hiya Robert
Was wondering if there's players they can't get permission to make?
Looking forward to Mantle and Maris, Rose for sure - plenty of favorites for me.
I know some don't like the set but I'm glad I did the run from day 1.

Zero surprise that it was Ruth
They also have limited “posters” of the first 5 cards (incl Judge). The 1 of 1s are all sold, but some x of 100 still remain.
Jim
Here's the next 3 sets.
Not sure why they include Dominic Smith? Maybe they know something I don't? Didn't hit well in his ML appearances with the Mets.
Here's the latest 3 sets - I think she did a really good job on Ruth and Ripken.
gorgeous stuff... I'm tempted even though I missed the 1st 110 plus cards

I'd say that ship's sailed for now Dan.
But, I'm sure down the road full sets will get cheap.
Tho, in a way? I feel I suckered myself.
15 bucks plus free ship seems cheap enough until one considers that after a year - that's 52X15 = 780!

For Dan and Robert.
Am continuing to do the run - hardly call it a set since we don't have an "end date."
The cards I've been receiving lately have been very nice - both in centering and the pesky colored border area.
Considering what it costs just to go around the corner, I'll continue to pay the 15 banana tariff right now.
Nolan Ryan this week
Kris

I wasn't excited about the Ryan rendering - next 3 to come. Did not buy extras.

They're in 9 card sheets - as scanned.
I enjoy looking at the binder.
Will be interesting to see how long this thing lasts?
Merry Christmas buddy.

I wasn't really excited about the job she did on Ryan; liked Thome far more.
