Can anyone tell if this coin is real or a replica? Thank you.

Based upon those images, that is not a genuine US Mint product. In other words, it is a counterfeit.

Probably not from those images.
The replica coins coming out of China can and do fool collectors, they are that good...they are even artificially age toned. I cannot tell you one way or the other with this example, the vanishing denticles (teeth) on the obverse is a hmmmmm which might bring this coin into question. How long have you had this coin, if I may ask?

It isn't a replica, it is a counterfeit.

I vote not the real McCoy.

Granular surfaces and soft features suggest cast and not even a struck copy.
Thank you all. My father has it. The weight is 3.1 grams. So the concensus is counterfeit then. I appreciate your responses.
Since it is copper it is not surprising the weight is correct
I would vote counterfeit.... just from the pictures.... look at authentic IHC's and you will see the differences. Cheers, RickO
RE: "The replica coins coming out of China..."
Maybe this should read: "The counterfeit coins coming out of China" and other places...."
Rather : "My poor father"
The fuzzy look on the reverse makes me sure that this is a counterfeit, probably from China. It looks typical for their product.
