Just playing around with a different lense and thought I'd share. I bought this set years (decades?) ago, lacking only the
13-S & 26-S. The 1929's through 1938's are mostly high AU's or MS. 1920's mostly VG-VF, the teens mostly VG-F.
I used to be somebody, now I'm just a coin collector.
Recipient of the coveted "You Suck" award, April 2009 for cherrypicking a 1833 CBHD LM-5, and April 2022 for a 1835 LM-12, and again in Aug 2012 for picking off a 1952 FS-902.

I would say that they display rather nicely! Thanks for sharing.

Nice!
That’s REALLY cool ! Many of my toned buffalo nickels are out of these library of coins albums. Many of these tone up just as the Wayte Raymond coin albums do. Very similar.
Me likey
Does the three-legger ever come toned?
Beautiful hoard of herd, seldom heard of better!
Kind regards,
George

since we are talking about a chemical reaction between CuNi and the sulfer laden paper I would expect this to be the case. nice Nickels that look to be showing some Gr$$n!!
That is a nice bunch of Buffs in that old album....looks like the collector was selective, looking for a specific level of quality....Cheers, RickO
thats a nice job putting that together. wtg
Buffalo nickels tone so nicely that I’ve picked up a number of dupilcates over the years.
It has always been hard to pass on nicely toned1938-Ds. A date that often comes with color, has 3 varieties (at least 3), and are inexpensive. Must have a good part of a roll
Some real lookers in there I bet. What are your plans for the set?

That is a very cool album! Nice looking set - something nice about going back to the roots of collecting and filling albums!
