On November 15th Tim (gsa1fan) posted a thread that he had stage 4 lymphoma. Sadly he passed just a few days later. I met Tim at the Atlanta ANA and he shared some of his special GSA's. A very nice guy who had a passion for his GSA's and his chickens. I always teased him about sending me eggs.
Best wishes to Tim's family.
Just thought the forum should know. Post a GSA in memory if you please.
Tim loved high grade PL GSA's, I need to search and find a few of those to post. These are just a couple random toners.

Yes I remember, I replied to his post.
Rest in peace Tim.
Always had a passion for Carson City Morgans... He will truly be missed.
I didn't know Tim, may he rest in peace, but I sure do like Carson City dollars. Here's my 1883. Bought it as a "Mixed CC Dollars" coin in the final GSA sale for $15. It was nicely toned, hence deemed that it "did not meet the numismatic standards for uncirculated classification" according to the GSA. Like an idiot I removed it from the slab and dipped it. It now resides in a NGC MS65PL holder and is without a doubt one of the nicest looking Morgan dollar in my set. (By the way, I wish I could take photos as good as yours.)
