I think I have one somewhere, but not sure it is that exact design.Yes, I also have one of these and IIRC the Reagan portrait is done nicer/better style/more recognizable. Got mine off eBay about 20 years ago @ about $5.

I've owned and sold a number of those within the last 10 years. Don't know who made them but they are pretty cool.

Reagan parted his hair on his right side.
Lance.Found one of my examples: Note that the part is on the correct side - suggests that you have to look at the reverse to get the part right.

I thought that the pop-out coins were a 19th century thing. I was not aware that others were doing it again.
I also have a 1964 kennedy half with a JFK pop out.
Looks like george jones. Lol

@Carlton1974...Welcome aboard.... I have not seen one of those. I am not a fan of repousse coins though, so would not be looking for them. Cheers, RickO
Here is a gold $2 1/2 I owned for awhile. Pretty cool coins.

Stunning
If I recall correctly, the face on that gold coin (Liberty?) was done for a worlds fair (exhibition) early in the 20th century. I have seen a couple different designs with that theme. In the 70s or early 80s someone used some original dies to make some of those pop outs on modern coins. I have one somewhere...
