    The pictures are still up on-line for those who want to see it. It's the "rare" 1796 Bust positioned to the left (not centered) variety. This exists only for the 1795 Draped Bust dollar. I saw one of these at a local club meeting several years ago.


    Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

    I have no idea what the price was, but would be good for a 'counterfeit library' if the price was reasonable. Cheers, RickO

    From what I'm seeing...Ebay is a hot spot for the counterfeit seller.
