Anyone know why Bozarth Numismatics' website has been down for a few weeks?

I couldn't find them on eBay as well.

    Maybe a seasonal shutdown.

Take down your website and eBay presence? Haven't done so in previous years.

I'm on his mailing list but I don't recall getting any emails from him recently . Looking back at my email archive the last email I got from him was Oct 21 2017. So he was still in business then. Also, I know he's registered to be at the Houston Money show in January. But I do see his website is off line now????

The last email address I have for Vic is (bozarthcoins@att.net) which was on his Oct21 email

Maybe he’s going to work for a larger company?

I believe he shut down and is now working for Heritage. It has been a very tough market for a few years for many dealers.
Vic is a great guy and will certainly land on his feet.

There will be further consolidation in years to come for national dealers . Today's buying habits guarantee it. Adapt or suffer. Same in brick and mortar retail outside of coins

If you visit enough coin sites regularly you can see who's in trouble by how they maintain their site and their inventory turn. Making a full go of it on the bourse is a long shot these days. Not enough sales, hard to acquire quality inventory and no real advantage in the auctions.

They have closed and the big guy is now working for heritage as cnn has said. Vic is one of the hardest workers ever in coins

I have bought some nice coins from them over the years. Bummed that they've closed, but good to hear that Vic has landed on his feet.

Wow, glad that I bought some really quality coins from them, when I still could.

This is kind of sad news.

Vic, Sherri and Stewart were great people to work with.

I wish them all the best.........
