Here's a couple of my favorites for the year... not a lot of flash for me, mostly generic ASE's and 90% added to the stack.

First off sorry for the sideways photos. Was hitting up local coin shops with a friend when he recommended a pawn shop he used to visit with his dad. When we got there they had a big "we buy gold and silver sign" so of course I asked about it. They had a lot of common modern bullion and then this piece and a silvermat one ounce bar that I wanted. He wanted the one ounce and since he showed me the shop I let him have it and took this one home. California Crown Mint 5 ounce kit kat.

I like Silver,,,, picked up several different items this year,

I have 3 sets of these PG & G Bars from 10 oz on down but my greatest satisfaction this past year was acquiring the 20 & 25 oz PG & G Bars. They didn't make very many of them and I like them.

    GrandAm :)

Thanks, I dig the viking as well. I got a couple other ones too I need to take a pic of, another viking one and Iceland one.

The bag of them got me full on security searched 2x in Keflavik and again in NY. All 3x the statement I made was 'these are the same ones you guys sell in the airport', but a bag full of metal things with viking helmet pointy bits had them doing their jobs proper.

Yep... airports and pointy sharp things always raise concerns.... You would also be surprised at the quantity of firearms found in carry on baggage EVERY week... from 60 to 80 each week... I get a report from DHS. Cheers, RickO

@NVU , that piece has got a really great look to it. Really burly and beefy. A great contrast to the trend towards, delicate proof like surfaces on today's bars.
