I should have mentioned that these are PCGS TrueView images.
My guess does not count as I picked two: First impression 67, then 66+.
MS-66+ Would have said MS-67 if not for the contact marks near Miss Liberty’s Ear and Top of her Neck/Throat area.

5+. A little too much field chatter for technical 66 imo but depending on how the luster and overall eye appeal is in hand i can see a bump to 66 depending on how strict or loose they're being right now.
