First, I apologize for mass PM. I did not know if a single member replied to it that it would send a msg to all. My bad, my fault, sorry about that. I am still figuring out this board format.
Second, I sent a PM to all people who have paid up confirming your payment. In some cases, I asked your for shipping address. No need to reply unless I asked for your address.
Third, as it stands at this moment, we have 83% of the confirmed participants paid up. I few folks from Canada asked me for shipping quotes and they should pay soon now that I just finally answered their PMs.
Finally, because we are at 83%, I am planning on streaming the randomization event at 9PM on Saturday, 21 October 2017 (3 days from now). If we are short payments on Saturday, I will roll the event to Sunday at 9PM or whatever day after the last payment has been received. Assuming we complete the break Saturday evening, I plan on boxing everything up Sunday and shipping at 10:30AM eastern at my local PO (47 packages, they are going to love that!).
I will post another update tomorrow, to include all the steaming details and such.

If the last 4 people haven't paid by a certain time will their slots be offered for sale again? If so, when is the deadline? It seems that there is always someone that doesn't pay.

-The live stream event shall begin promptly at 9:00pm Eastern Time on 21 October 2017.

-When I use the term "live stream," this means a live stream of my desktop (you will be viewing the random.org site on my chrome browser).
-Once the clock strikes 9:00pm exactly, I will say a few brief words to thank everyone for participating and then execute the randomization process. I will record the live steam for all to review later and it will remain posted on youtube channel forever.
Randomizatiion Process:
-The randomization process shall be completed via the "List Randomizer" function found on random.org (click this link to see it: https://www.random.org/lists/).
1) I will copy and paste the official break list into the "enter list items" box on the website. This is the ordered list of spots for each paid participant paid, in the order in which you requested or were randomly placed. To review the list before the live stream, see the 3rd post on the break thread, dated October 17, 2017 7:25PM.
2) To randomize the list, I shall click the "randomize" button a total of 10 times. So there is no confusion on which click is #10, the bottom of the list will show the number of clicks so far and a date time group in UTC. On each randomization click, the list of participant names will be shuffled into new numbers corresponding with each card in the break: 1-143 (1-132 = exact Fleer set ordering; 133-143 = the 1-11 sticker ordering of the Fleer set). I WANT TO BE CLEAR HERE: PARTICIPANTS ARE BEING SHUFFLED RANDOMLY, NOT CARDS. On the 10th click of "randomize," the list will shuffle one last time and that corresponding list will decide who gets what card. For example, on the 10th randomization, the participant whose name is next to #57 on the list shall win the PSA 9 1986-87 Fleer #57 Michael Jordan Rookie Card and the participant whose name is next to #143 will be awarded the PSA 9 1986-87 Fleet Sticker #11 Dominique Wilkins.
3) I will copy and paste the final ordering to this thread for reference, but you always refer back to the recorded live stream as well to confirm who won what card.
Shipping Details:
-As soon as the last randomization is complete, I will sort out all of the winning cards, package them up for each participant, and print shipping labels. Per the original rules post in this thread, the winner of the #57 MJ shall pay additional shipping costs. I will reach out to this person ASAP once the break is complete with a menu of options/prices for he/she to choose from. I shall not send this card out until the winner pays the additional shipping fee.
Timing Issues:
Assuming I can get the last participant to pay before 9pm Eastern Today, we are a go. If at 8:59pm this lone participant has not paid, I will shift the randomization live stream to Sunday, 22 October 2017 at 9pm eastern. If by then the participant has not paid, I will comeback to this thread with a proposed solution to the problem and see what the other paid participants think.
