1930 $10 Indian.....who is buying this junk????

EBay crook, monfutsu, is selling counterfeit 1930 $10 indians. EBay does nothing about it. He is an obvious crook listing/selling counterfeits:
Here are the $Thousands of counterfeit coins he has ripped people off on eBay this week:

....and he didn't even know it had
an "S" mintmark on the back of it !
eBay does nothing because it gives them revenue.
Not ebay -- where is the primary collector's organization, the ANA? They should be aggressively fighting counterfeiters and sellers of altered coins -- after all, ANA was a prime sponsor of the original HPA.
eBay ends a LOT of auctions. It's a much bigger job than you think.
Problem is it takes a team of people to keep track of all the fraud in a category. Ive been working with Ebay for years on coin claims but have never spoken to the same person twice.
I can't believe you're surprised knowing what you know about their commitment to the HPA. The ANA ignores and promotes some of the most flagrant violators of the HPA and other laws IMHO.

Very gone !!!
Weird.....the listings are gone, but they're not gone, They show-up in his completed sales, but if you click on the individual listings, they say removed:

Weird, now ALL his sold listings are removed, even though he sold about $6,000 worth of counterfeits this past week.
I saw this jerk and reported him days ago. Finally somebody did something!

I opened the OP's link, but I guess the item has been removed.
But I got this instead, from one of our beloved sellers...................
“NGC MS-63 (Better Coin). In our opinion this coin is better than the assigned grade suggests. We do not always agree with third party grading services.”
"“Those who sacrifice liberty for security/safety deserve neither.“(Benjamin Franklin)
"I only golf on days that end in 'Y'" (DE59)
Thank you for snagging the image.

I know which dealer that is, almost all his listings say that.
He's a member here

That doesn't change anything. What I said is a true statement; he knows it, I know it, everyone who sees his listings know it.
I'm not disagreeing or anything, just saying that he is a member here.
Also to be extra clear, he's not the one selling the fake $10 in the OP. This is a tangent conversation to that for anyone who's not clear.

Wow...$6K of counterfeit sales in one week.... wonder what his costs were.... seems like a nice profit... Amost as good as the purveyors of AT......
Cheers, RickO
