    It's a great set, picked one up several years ago. Surprisingly affordable.

    Given the price, it's a bargain, but the best part is the book that comes with it. There is a lot of good information in it.

    The medalets are okay, but you really get spoiled after you have seen the real thing. The late 18th and 19th century medals are very nice. The modern sand blasted, "yellow bronze" pieces are disappointing.

    Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?
