Note that the lot description mentions signs of an understrike. The piece was struck on a token of some sort. Can't make it out, but there seems to be a pattern of concentric circles in some places.
Perhaps one of those aluminum tokens you used to get at a gas station? Collect all fifty states or whatever? Don't have access to a token junk box or I would look.
