    20 grams = 0.643 Troy ounces
    $1325 X 0.643 = $851.98

It all depends who the manufacturer is. Bullion wise, it's worth approx $850.00. Some bars or rounds, have a premium over spot.

There are known Chinese counterfeits on ebay.

Perth Mint offers some tips on spotting the fakes

"In comparison to this representation of a genuine Kangaroo Minted Gold Bar in black card, the fake features several obvious discrepancies:

    • The fake black card omits our black swan ‘water mark’ logo on the front (on the card itself).
    • The fake product is encased in an inelegant plastic sleeve featuring crimped edges.
    • The fake black card features the words “CertiCard® SECURITY CASE” instead of “The Perth Mint tamper-evident case”.
    • The letter ‘B’ is omitted from the six-digit bar number on the back of the black card."

    FAKE:

    GENUINE:

Let us know if yours passes the test. If not, provide a link to the listing/seller. I strongly recommend the Sigma Precious Metal Verifier for anyone purchasing bullion from unknown sources, especially ebay sellers.

They appear to be genuine. Seller is still offering them at your original purchase price of $857, good deal with a 30 day return policy.

However, another seller maybe peddling Fakes:

Different diagnostics for the earlier green card Pert gold bars. OPA's seller above does appear to have fake bars.

Perth Mint gold bars [2.5, 5, 10, 20, 1 oz.] in green assay CERTICARD security case are counterfeit if the serial number starts with the letter "A." Perth Mint gold bars [2.5, 5, 10, 20, 1 oz.] in green assay CERTICARD security case are counterfeit if the letter spacing on "SECURITY" on front of assay card is not uniform:

While your seller is showing what appears to be authentic Perth bars, make sure that what you receive is authentic using the earlier posted diagnostics.

My bad, OP's seller does not have zero feedback, OPA's linked seller did. Thanks OPA, my earlier post edited.

Received the bar today. Using the diagnostics derryb provided it appears to be real.
