AU 55
The dark tarnish appears to be hiding some field scratches...especially on the reverse... hard to say how bad they are, definite wear/rub on feathers and hair.... anywhere from 55-61.... Cheers, RickO

63/64. Probably too heavily toned with muted luster to ever see a 65 grade...regardless of how clean it might be.
Nice coin, looks original market price worth it's grade as an MS63 coin aka $90. coin. Only friction point I see is on the top fold of the cap, typical cheek marks. I don't discount for that which was never there, but the strike is weak and it will not 65. Honestly, 40 years ago we called coins like this AU or sliders due to wing tips and hair, but things change. They shouldn't, but they do.
Nice coin, 63

I saw a quick video of the coin - The luster isn't blazing like you would see on a 1881-S Morgan, but it's not bad.
These are the seller's pictures:
64 max unless the luster demands better.

FadetoBlack's pic makes it look like a 55/58 to me.
