Welcome!!
I'm going with 64 RB......Nice coin.....
I am thinking 65RB.
Great matte proof picture example,i have searched many images from many sites by far best example i have seen for identification. Hope to see more of your pictures.
PR65RB
Thanks for sharing!!
Photo is not complimentary to the high point of Lincoln's cheek.
I agree. That will determine if it is a PR-63, 64 or 65. Photo does not tell us enough to determine that. In any case I would say that it is a red cent if the color is natural.
That's a crisp coin. Welcome and good luck on the submission!
George welcome. There is a large matte proof Lincoln posse here, so you came to the right place.
Fine example and photo. You will find that it's quite challenging to capture both the color and luster on these MPLs. Yours has very clean fields, so I'm going to conservatively say 64RB. I think the slight print on the reverse and the darkening of the bust will hold it back from a 65 and full RD. If the luster pops, 65RB. Gook luck and keep 'em coming!

I'm in the 65RB crowd. Very nice coin and welcome.

The coin is Soooo close to Red, but I don't think it is.
I want to say 63RB, but will say 64RB.

65RB here and very nice. 64 would be a disappointment.
Not my series but sure looks solid. I'll go 65RB.
65RB. Definitely not RD, and the "stuff" on the reverse may reduce it to 64........depending on the graders mindset.
OINK
65
I'm thinking 64RB but I'll keep my fingers crossed for you and hope for 65RB.
At whar grade did you purchase it as?
64 RB spots and unequal obv/rev color. Would be more desirable if it had some toning color.
@GeorgesCoins.... Welcome aboard.... Cheers, RickO
Thank you everyone. I'm happy to hear that the consensus is just as I had graded the coin, I'm hoping for PR65 RB.
I can't wait to see what it grades!
Thanks for the feedback on the pictures, I will try different methods to better capture the cheek of the coin.
64/64+ RB

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......

I think that it should have been a 65. Submit for a regrade in about a year or so. Grading has benn very tough lately.

Thanks guys!
OldIndianNutKase I was thinking exactly that, I was expecting 65.
I would crack and send in late January. But that's just me

Without seeing the luster in hand, it appears we got it right. I look forward to seeing your next one...
