    @catcha99 - "Does anybody know what a typical percent commission would be for an estate sale as such?"

    We do estate sales regularly and our commission rate would have been 15% for an estate such as this (with no additional seller fees). This was not a typical "estate" sale though, as it had many desirable and "easy-to-sell" items. A typical estate sale of average items has a commission rate closer to 25 to 30%.
