Worst TrueView of the Year Candidate

I was photographing some new purchases and I saw this coin had secure plus. Out of curiosity I looked up the TrueView, and needless to say I was shocked by what I saw. Is this a mistake or even a TrueView?

"Candidate" and that's not a Trueview.

The early secure plus holders didn't come with TrueView, but they took some really poor images of them and posted them. The images are pretty much always terrible, similar to this one (although this one IS pretty bad!). That said, the cropping is pretty poorly done here, as well (which I haven't seen before).

As others have said, this isn't a TrueView but a scan that used to be part of the Secure service prior to July 2015 (at the US office).

Cool, thanks for the help. I figured something must have been off, because it didnt look like any trueview I had ever seen

This one resembles those ebay sellers who take photos from space! Part of the coin is even cut off!

    mostly agree.

the point in question is "pretty much always."

In the before time, before the TV came with Secure, I've had a majority that were merely ok.

I've had a few that stunk worse than that. 24k gold that looked like it was a washed out photo of a bronze medal.

But, the top worst Secure photo has to be one owned by TDN. It was washed out a good bit and out of focus, although I think his was properly cropped.

PCGSPhoto has acknowledged the past photo issues and PCGS has indirectly by making the Secure Photo a TV.

Not sure the coin in the OP can take a good picture... :D Maybe after a cosmetologist does some work... Cheers, RickO

Should the title of this thread be changed since it's been established that it is not discussing a TrueView?

The crummy, yellow Secure Plus photo looks like a RheddenView (patent pending). You know, a crummy point-and-shoot photo taken in a semi-dark room with the television set for a light source. ;)
