Flea Market & Further Coin Help
I snagged some deals at my local swap meet today, and probably lost some money as well. That's okay though, being new to the hobby, mistakes should teach me, not harm me. I picked up a Queen Liliuokalani and King Kalakaua .999 fine silver "Kala Dala" for $65, a bag of 20 something mercury dimes for $33, a Benjamin Half Dollar and Standing Liberty Half Dollar for $22, a bag of a few German Coins (1980's) for $3, and a few other coins for $8. Good deals? I hope so... Any tips on how to grade more quickly and know when to snatch a deal?

Thanks @mkman123 . Do you live in Hawaii or just visiting? I have already met gary, real nice guy. Thanks for the advice. If you go to the swap meet next sunday (May 28), I would love to learn a few things from experienced coin collectors such as you. I prefer to meet at Ernie's place, if you can find it. If you'd like, I could message you my phone number so I can meet up with you on sunday at the swap meet (if you are there).

I enjoyed meeting bullionsilver_hawaii and his friend at the swap meet. They were both very enthusiast and fine young collectors, we need more like them. It brought back memories when I was young and my mother would drive me to shows. I was impressed that he had a Redbook with him
