Just bringing this to the forefront and to have record posted, reason being this is his 3rd forum return via a different name, at least 2 previous being tee135 & tonedase ... real name Alain P Sterk...

He never fulfilled my order and never fully refunded the money after millions of nice guy posts that he was going to...

If the mail was involved he committed mail fraud and the postal service does not like this, If the post office it is still fraud and I would go to the entity that was used to send your money . If you paid him with a c card call them and dispute the transaction as fraud is involved. They can reverse transactions within a certain time period.

Credit cards Cos will reverse within certain time limit from transaction date ..I have seen cards some have a 60 day limit

Actually it's a Federal Law that you have 60 days to dispute a transaction in writing from when it appears on your statement.

Maybe consider putting his 'real name' in the title...that way if he changes it again it will be easier to find the warnings.

its how u handle it that matters, u can get back rollin again easy

its a matter of regaining trust, honoring commitments & sometimes eatin some crow,

but it can be done, shoot if u had a good deal i would buy from u again,

i believe u r a good guy, now u just got 2 man up and get everyone taken care of asap

then start buildin up trust again, just a process gotta make it happen

when u get mine sent , i put in a good word 4 u, and process begins

I would take his name and address out of this post. These are the items that will cause PCGS to bam this post.

Why???, it's all public can be found by a simple search... he was going to contact the bigwigs at pcgs himself???... he's had 3 verifiable accounts here with 3 different names... why would that be cause for bam???... perpetrator now a victim???...

I would not buy from someone simply based on the foolish writing style of this message. "Every 1 makes a mistake or 2? Just got 2 man up?" When my daughter started writing things like this a while back, I put a stop to it right then and there. It is ridiculous.

I believe he'll correct me if I am wrong, but I think that was rawteam1 whose style you are critiquing ...and not the alain dude ;)

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

Thanks . I will see if my friend can help
One of his more funny solutions to get a guy to pay up ,after his refusing several times to pay money owed to a client.. My friend gave the deadbeat an offer .. to pay money owed. or my friend would inform deadbeat's wife of his liberties with other women.
Money order was given next day ..

A common practice in Russia is to find and keep compromising information on clients - sort of like an insurance policy. It is called "kompromat". Been in the news lately with several US government officials.

Your response is a little dramatic, leading to humanities downfall, come on.

Raw, I am glad you posted his info, he needed to be outed. I am sick of hearing excuses for these scam artists. People just because you had one or two successful transactions with someone 5 to 10 years ago doesn't make that person your friend, or trustworthy.

Successful coin BST transactions with Gerard and segoja.

Successful card BST transactions with cbcnow, brogurt, gstarling, Bravesfan 007, and rajah 424.

The responses here run the gamut of being thought provoking while others are just plain moronic and foolish. There needs to be either a 'WTF' or 'Are you kidding?' icon at the bottom to respond with.

I can't figure out who said what in that message. I thought the original message was from the guy who screwed rawteam. It might as well be in Chinese with all those abbreviations. I feel bad for rawteam even if he is using some alien form of communication.

Sounds like a real "Edward johnson" from Ohio aka metalsaver1970 who "promised" to give funds back and guess what? He ran off too (only to make an alt and still try to sell here, fortunately I saved a few already from his "offers.")

Yeah, gregwash got me, too, but somehow, I convinced him to pay me back before he left everyone else hanging. I had a lot of "survivor's guilt" because of it...

Why was this two year old thread resurrected? Is there evidence that he's back under a new alias?
