    WTB - Silver:
    1) Got Milk Spots? (true milk spots and not tarnish (but can have tarnish, too)). If so, good.
    2) 1oz Art Bar?
    3) no Nudes, no Sexy, No Porn?
    4) Got photos before the sale?
Then I'll take 2 as close to spot plus I pay expenses.

Are art bars on too few radar scopes, or are milk spots too hard to find on art bars?

Selling 90% at approximately 0.6 over melt. $234 total face value. ON HOLD!
    $115 in Roosevelt Dimes
    $46 in Washington Quarters
$25 in Walking Liberty Halves (4 coins are slicks)
    $22 in Franklin Halves
    $26 in Kennedy Halves
Silver closed today at $18.45 so this will sell at 14 times face, unless silver goes over $18.75.
I do not believe any of these are what you call slicks except the 4 WLH mentioned. I did not look at the Roosevelt dimes.
I will need to charge for shipping, $10.
Since I dislike paypal payment can be either check or MO.
You can contact me at aucoinandjewelry@gmail.com or phone/text 503-508-9110 PST. I will not be back at the computer until morning.

Doesn't the seller own the package until proof of delivery? If so, why would a buyer want to pay extra for insurance?
My only reason for bringing this up is that both parties to a BST deal need to be clear on who is responsible while package is in transit.

Generally, those costs should be included in the price. Also the items have to be insurable by the carrier used or with something like ship and insure.
Frankly, I don't think that casual sales as might be done here are covered under the UCC aka Uniform Commercial Code so risk of loss passes to the buyer as soon as the carrier accepts the package.
Agree tho, that it's best to clarify who will be responsible for what BEFORE you say done deal.

Good chance to add some gold below spot! 1 oz Canadian gold coin selling for $10 below spot + shipping. Please see photos, the coin has a slight indentation on the rim. The collector I bought it from left it to close to the table edge. However, its still 1 oz of gold at a great price!

Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) section 2 covers the sale of goods.

Yes, I know of that. Point to the specific part that says the shipper is responsible for loss in casual sales. The UCC doesn't necessarily apply to transactions done here.

I am not a lawyer and I took business law a long time ago but I think it is 2-401(2).

    (2) Unless otherwise explicitly agreed title passes to the buyer at the time and place at which the seller completes his performance with reference to the physical delivery of the goods,

My opinion goes with that of paypal: Proof of delivery required for seller to satisfy completion of the transaction. I believe credit card claims work on the same principle. At any rate BST parties should be clear on when buyer becomes the owner of the item. I personally am responsible for anything I sell on the BST until post office says "delivered."

Fact is shipper is acting as agent of the seller, not the buyer.
