That was a fast grade posting. My initial reaction was AU50 because the hair above the ear was stronger than I recall seeing on most C-and D-mint half eagles. In my opinion, the angle of the lighting is quite harsh and this will make the coin look much more like a "net cleaned" coin than if it were lit differently or viewed in-hand.

Unusually sharp mint mark. The obverse shows signs of past cleaning but likely market acceptable. EF45
