Curious if this is a 1962 doubled die obverse Washington Quarter, or what you think of it.

Mechanical doubling or DDO, what say you?

Thanks.. I'm getting the difference now.. that die erosion and mechanical doubling on the 64 Roosie's had me all confused. I appreciate everyone's kind advice and help.
