I have a 1995 penny with 3 mint errors on the back side to the right of N in CENT. Never saw this before and would like to know it's value?

    Looks like copper plating bubbles on the reverse in that area.

    My first thought was minute die chips but Mr. Weinberg is about the most knowledgeable person on this forum and perhaps in the US (IMHO) so I would go with what he says. That being said if you can get closer pictures in the future that are better focused it helps. Keep looking and keep reading, you will learn a lot here... Welcome.
