I have been looking for a nice example of this date for about 2 years. I previously had a nice looking one but it had a large planchet flaw which was distracting. This date often comes weakly struck with mushy headdress feathers. I thought this one was pretty sharp for an AU53. Opinions?
Still looking for the 3 toughest D mints: 55, 56, 61.
