$475 delivered. What option would you choose?

A: 1926 Indian Head Gold Quarter Eagle $2.5 MS 63 PCGS CAC
B: 2006 SAE ROLL (20)
C: Pass

Pass - both way over what I would offer / bid.

My best offer on either one $300, based on current market conditions.

Both are overpriced...pass. With silver spot @ $18.09, the most I would pay would be around $420 for the ASE roll.

Thanks for the responses! I should have been clearer even though it may not change the answer.

the choice was exactly these two items or pass. Of course I can get a role of SAEs cheaper.
In fact I can beat $400 on another board.

I need a role of 2006 to almost complete a SAE roll run 1986-2017. So I have no choice but to pay a premium. $475 was the lowest I could find 2006 for over the past few weeks of hunting.

The Indian Head Gold Quarter Eagle $2.5 MS 63 PCGS CAC could be year but had to be MS63 and CAC. I am a new to old gold but I could not find a mS63 $2.5 Indian CAC cheaper (I can find MS63 cheaper without CAC)

I need more $2.5 and $5 Indian gold so if there is a dealer that has a selection I would appreciate the heads up.

I bet you could go to any local coin show (and certainly a larger show would do it) and piece together 20 2006 ASE for less.

FWIW, the last 4 NON-CAC'd PCGS 1926 $2.5 MS63 examples sold on eBay for an average of $412.

    I'll take all the CAC'd MS63s I can get for $300 apiece.....!!!
