Yes, I saw it and had a laugh!

Seems the Mint really had perfected "raised rims with dentils" and obtained a better strike with the Eagles breast feathers.

Check out his items sold.
Someone has previously purchased a fake 1955 DDO 1c and a 1916-D 10c which both look fake to me from this scammer for a large amount of money.
Too bad something can't be done about these past rip-offs.

You can see the items sold here.
The 1916-D dime 10c went for $1000 and two 1955 DDO 1c went for $875 and $825.
Here are the pictures from the auction:
That's a really poor fake.
Looks like nobody bit.
Un(censored)believable....Cheers, RickO
The Gallery Mint did better when they were in business ...
BUT if you have never seen the real thing and don't have a Red Book ... It might look okay.
I have never seen the real thing and yes it took me a bit of time to see that it was a fake. I did not focus on the dentils but was looking at the reverse eagles claws and they (the eagles right) looks one claw short. When the dentils were mentioned by 1bustcollector above it became instantly obvious. Need to know what to really, quickly, look for!
