1936-D San Diego Commemorative - QDO, but does it have the RPM (or strike/ shift doubling) as well?

I was taking a closer look at some of my 7070 collection and was trying to determine whether my 1936-D San Diego Commemorative has the RPM to go along with the QDO. It may be just mechanical doubling/strike doubling, especially since the NGC image (https://www.ngccoin.com/coin-varieties/commemorative-coin-die-varieties/1936-d-d-san-diego-50c-fs-501-4423/) has the RPM to the North of the original Mint Mark, whereas this one appears to go South of the original Mint Mark.
What do you think?

Yes to machine doubling on the mint mark.
Thanks, Capt H.

I agree with machine doubling.... Cheers, RickO
I have the same QDO on my '36-D San Diego. Interested in all of your opinions on the D over D on the reverse... if you can tell from the pictures that this is the case. Looking on the PCGS website (http://www.pcgscoinfacts.com/Coin/Detail/145013)... I see different D over D's in those provided pictures...
Here is my coin:

Looks like machine doubling on mintmark of both coins pictured in this thread.
Due to the 'tilt' of the upper D, I am tempted to call it a D/D....could be the picture.... Cheers, RickO
Close-up pics were taken through a microscope. Something going on inside the more pronounced D. Thanks for the thoughts. Very much appreciated everyone!

I've seen sedulous' coin in hand; in fact he shot it using our microscope. It almost looks like a smaller D sitting atop a larger D, plus there is a noticeable shift inside the MM at left. Frankly I'd tend to go along with the machine/ejection doubling theory were it not for the interior shift. Also I saw no evidence of machine doubling in adjacent areas of the design. Interesting piece, and a nice one at that. Any other input appreciated.
