This glorious set is 132 cards. 132 cards this should be. 133 cards is right out (Python). May be in the minority here but the mojo is toast if this doesn't stay at 132 cards, the true set. Never seen a high class set like this sold off this way. Rare. Why bring in a 133rd card to the mix. I'd vote for the simple 'sorry dude, I missed ya' thing and make it up to him in another way, verse illegitimatizing the event. A 133 card set is not a 132 card set. Gotta get rid of the asterisk here.
Sounds like Harvak has issues with this. Send me back my $ and give the slot to the other guy. Issue solved. I'm good with it.

I'm fine with the 133 card set. It was an honest mistake. If you were just trying to add more cards because more people were interested in jumping in, that would be a different story.

Hello all. I wanted to address the slot situation. I do want everyone to understand that the error in overlooking @baseballfan's slot request was mine. I don't know why/how that mistake happened, but it was certainly all on me. I feel horrible that he may miss out on the break, but that falls on me.
Since there was technically a card missing from the set in this break, I was hoping that adding that card and adding a slot could solve the problem. Since the card is valued greater than the slot price, I figured it would be a clean solution. If the card was a regular $15 common, I would have added a different higher valued card in its place for the break. But since the missing card was a low pop common it seemed to be a "perfect" solution.
That being the case, I still wanted to make sure I posted a request for feedback to this idea rather than unilaterally making this change. The reason for this is because making this change is changing the rules of the break, which were clearly stated before the slots were sold. In my opinion, making any changes to the advertised rules would require unanimous approval by the participants of the break. Otherwise, the integrity of the break could be called into question. Despite being in the minority, Harvak is entitled to have his opinion that a slot not be added just as the majority (myself included) are entitled to their opinion. There is certainly a possibility that others might share his opinion but simply have not posted such.
In any event, the decision to not add the slot is not Harvak's. It is mine. And my decision is to not add a slot if there is anyone who dissents against the idea for the reasons stated above. I hope we can all avoid placing blame on Harvak for the situation that was due to my oversight. My apologies and thanks go to @baseballfan for being magnanimous in accepting his erroneous exclusion from this break.
Sounds good to me. I would give up one of my 3 slots if there is any problems with this solution. Thanks again Steve for putting this on. No easy task to put a break together.
I was getting excited when Steve's page break was at card 54 and I hadn't seen either of my two slots yet. I kept recalculating my odds, lol. Big congrats to Raptors on the Jordan!!
